Aims/PurposeThe aim of this study day is to provide an introduction to the role and leadership concepts for the nurse/midwife in charge of a clinical environment during the hours not covered by the clinical nurse/midwife manager.

Target Audience​Registered Nurses/Midwives employed in clinical areas who will be moving into the role of being in charge or who have had some limited experience in the role.
Pre requisite​Learning Agreement and Pre-course task to be completed before attending the study day.  These are available on the healthLearn site.
