Warm up plans for rugby players

ACC RugbySmart’s “Warm up, strength & conditioning” programmes are designed to reduce injuries among male and female rugby players aged 14 years and older. RugbySmart has programmes for beginner, intermediate and advanced players with short videos explaining each exercise.

The programmes cover core training, muscular control and balance, plyometrics and agility, and rugby techniques.
