Everyday activities can be hard. Here’s how to keep going

Having a health condition or injury might seem limiting, but it doesn't mean you have to stop doing all the things you normally do.

It can often be good for you, both physically and psychologically, to keep doing everyday activities.

These tips may help you keep up the normal things you’ve always done around the house and in the community, including advice for activities in the bedroom, the kitchen, the laundry, the garden, around the house, and out shopping.

Little things, such as keeping a phone by the bed, or sitting on a stool while you cook, can make a big difference.
