Stress is very common. Here’s how to limit it

Throughout life good and bad things happen. It is normal to feel overwhelmed or stressed when changes are happening in your life, such as during your teen years.

There are lots of people who can help you find ways to deal with stress or simply talk over what you are dealing with.

Find some ways of managing stress well, so you are more likely to stay on track and not get fooled into ways of coping that don't really help, and can actually pull you down.
