In this edition of the CEO Update…In light of International Nurses Day tomorrow on Tuesday 12 May, CEO David Meates gives a heartfelt thank you to all our nurses, including those who answered the call to work in new and challenging environments: Rosewood, Ward GG and Christchurch Hospital’s COVID-19 Acute Medical Assessment Unit. He also provides a snapshot of a day in the life of our public health team that, 16 weeks ago, stood up their Emergency Operations Centre in just two hours.
