This document is the DHB’s Statement of Performance Expectations which has been prepared to meet the requirements of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act, Crown Entities Act, Public Finance Act, and the expectations of the Minister of Health.
Linking with our Statement of Intent and Annual Plan, the Statement of Performance Expectations describes actions we will take to deliver on national priorities and expectations in the coming year, the standards and targets we expect to meet and our includes our projected financial position.
The Statement of Performance Expectation is presented to Parliament and used at the end of the year to compare planned and actual performance. Audited results are presented in our Annual Report
The number of referrals (new and re-referrals, grouped into ACC and non-ACC funded) received for Burwood Pain Management Centre in the calendar year January 2019 – December 2019.
The number of referrals declined during that period, and the waiting times for those accepted into the service over that period, also grouped into ACC and non- ACC funded patients.

RE 2019/20 Annual Plan:
Patient complaints made to DHB about care a patient has received (service and employees) in last five years. Complaints upheld or disciplinary action or corrective measures taken. Complaints resulting in DHB being found in breach of the Code of Patient rights? How many PGs were taken against the DHB? How much was paid out to staff who took PGS.

When were EY contracted to undertake that study, and when was it completed?
What was the cost to CDHB of that contract with EY?
Why did the CDHB not use its own staff to provide an explanation as to why staff costs " are a major driver of its operational deficit?"
