Statement of Service Performance 2020/21

Under the Crown Entities Act 2004, Article 149C, Canterbury DHB is required to submit a Statement of Performance Expectations before the start of the new financial year which is 1 July 2020. Due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, legislation was passed on 30 April 2020 which allows a Minister to extend this deadline by up to 3 months. Canterbury DHB has received notice that the Minister of Health has agreed to extend the requirement to finalise the 2020/21 Statement of Performance Expectations to 15 August 2020.
