In this edition of the CEO UpdatePeter met with our clinical coders this week to celebrate the early completion of the 2020/21 coding work. He also spent some time with the Transalpine Environmental Sustainability Group and received an update on our emissions reduction. There are further updates on our COVID-19 vaccination programme and discussion about the DHB transition to Health NZ in 2022.
Also in this edition, there is positive news about COVID-19 vaccination uptake in the Pasifika community, the launch of a national action plan to eliminate hepatitis C and our first Resident Medical Officer (RMO) of the Month.
