In this edition of the CEO UpdateIn this week’s update, Peter talks about the increasing demand on our three urgent care clinics and Christchurch Hospital’s emergency department. He also refers to RSV or Respiratory Syncytial Virus which is doing the rounds and new visitor restrictions for Christchurch and Burwood Hospitals. The Canterbury COVID-19 vaccine rollout continues ahead of schedule and he gives a call out to Group 3 Cantabrians to contact the DHB directly if they have not already heard from their health provider about receiving their vaccine.
Also in today’s update is the announcement of the release of an updated Code of Conduct, more telehealth success, this time for Kaikōura residents and one of our own receives a Queen’s honour.
