Response to official information request

  1. Under section 12 of the Official Information Act 1982 I request all communications including briefings, reports, memos, aide-memoirs, cabinet papers and texts regarding the following information:
    • The email notification to DHB CEOs in the 9 measles outbreak regions notifying them of a measles outbreak on the dates and as described below in written parliamentary question 32819 (2019).
